Hi everyone,
I have hosted dialer
VERSION: 2.14-753a
BUILD: 200518-0828
© 2020 ViciDial Group
I uploaded the list with Alt phone . Every thing works fine , system
dials alt phones as well . But if someone ( customer)calls back on from their alt number or When we dial that alt number manually ( Dial manual) agent screen just shows the number not rest of the details of that lead . but When I get a call back from the main phone number of the customer or dial manually . It shows all the details on agent screen like name , address , email etc.
Can anyone help me with this please . thanks

You'll need to set the "In-Group Call Handle Method" to one containing ALT on the DID the call is coming into.
