inbound setup ViciBox

Postby unikbit » Tue Jul 21, 2009 11:32 am

Hello,

We want to use ViciBOX for an inbound setup.
We would like to know if we have more DID we can attach a script for evry DID to be more easy for agents when a call come in to pop up the text for that customer. It' like for secretary services for more diffrent companies.

Also we have an OpenVOX card A400P with 4 FXO ports, there is any auto dedecting mode in ViciBox?

If not what is your sugest to use to interface the PSTN lines with Vici BOX (cards or anyother devices which don't need high technical skills). We used Elastix and they have an auto dedecting module for Sagoma and openVox.

There is any posibility to offer to my clients online reports: calls get, missed calls, SLA, recordings etc

Thanks

Yes, ViciDial and Vicibox can work as an inbound call center with reports and agent screen pop.

We do not recommend OpenVox cards or using any kind of POTS card with Asterisk or ViciDial.

Anything else :)

SIP, IAX, T1, PRI, BRI. Anything but POTS lines will have digital signalling of some kind and that is what you need.
