Hello, outside of maybe a packet capture, or sngrep. Is there a way to run a test to track the amount of time from when customer answers, passes through AMD, and agent says hello? And if so is there a way I can possible track that?

Is this performed int he AMD LOG report? Can someone help me understand how to read that?

AMD all happens after the SIP 200 OK. There's no SIP status that will tell you what AMD is and isn't doing. You'd need to pull that directly from the Asterisk CLI or logs.
