On hook Feature for Outbound predictive dialing

Hello ;

ViciBox Redux v.6.0.3-141118, single server, sangoma dual port PRI Card.

We have used on-hook feature for inbound calling without any issue, please help us in setting up on hook feature for outbound predictive dialing.

It's not designed for that. It will only work with low-volume inbound call handling. It uses a lot of resources and will not work with a predictive campaign.

We have servers in production with predictive dialing running with zero issues. Now our client (VAS provider for Telecom) forced us to use their SIP phone (SIP Phone cum VAS Activation Application) and activate the VAS from tool embedded in given SIP Phone. if CLI on SIP phone's active call is differ from requested VAS mobile Number activation rejected from VAS server.

In vicidial CLI on SIP Phone is always differ from the customer we speak. but in on-hook feature end customers CLI reflected on SIP Phone so we did not get any issue in activating VAS using thier SIP Phone.
