Location of lead list

Postby infinitegary » Tue Sep 09, 2014 9:45 am

Hi i have an issue my list is to large to download from the admin interface when i click on download the file is just blank. (700k leads in the list) my question is can i just use winscp to download my lists from there? If so where are the leads and lists stored at on the server in what file directories? Any help is appreciated.

How are you with SQL? The only way to get a list of this size out is to stop dialing and then use a MySQL client to pull out what you want from the database table.

lists are defined in asterisk.vicidial_lists. The actual data is in asterisk.vicidial_list.

login info for the database can be found in /etc/astguiclient.conf on the server (do not edit the file)

that info is what the system uses, if it dont work then the system wont work.
I suggest you make someone with knowledge do this for you. then ask that person to modify the export scripts to save them to the server disk so you can use winscp to copy them over
