vicibox 4.0.3, vicidial 2.8-404a, Build 130605-0841, asterisk 1.4.39.1-vici, Single Machine, Vtiger 5.4

In the inbound service level report, there is something called: AVG HOLD(s) HOLD and AVG HOLD(s) TOTAL, what is the difference between them?

And I am surprised that the value of the AVG HOLD(s) TOTAL is less than the AVG HOLD(s) HOLD !!

Can someone explain for me these two parameters and the difference between them and why the TOTAL value is less than the HOLD value?
