Call Menu "If you know Exstension"

Says UserID being numbers. My agents are Agent001? Does this mean I have to recreate all users?

Your agent id is Agent001, but you need to confirm what is the dialplan for each agent.
Example, agent101 might have dial plan as 101.
You can see it on admin ->phones

So does this mean that my Dialplan Phone Extension would have to be 001 instead of 8001?
