Recording filename

vicibox 4.0.3, vicidial 2.8-404a, Build 130605-0841, asterisk 1.4.39.1-vici, Single Machine, Vtiger 5.4

I am facing problem in the file name for the recorded files, although in all my settings in the campain and ingroup are: FULLDATE_CUSTPHONE_VENDORLEADCODE_AGENT but I am facing trouble that some files are coming in this name:

http://192.168.28.254/RECORDINGS/MP3/20 ... es-all.mp3

and

http://192.168.28.254/RECORDINGS/MP3/20 ... nu-all.mp3

The question is:

Why it placed the menu name as part of the filename? And why it did not place the agent name as part of the file name?
