Off hook and call limit

Hello;

vicibox 4.0.3, vicidial 2.8-404a, Build 130605-0841, asterisk 1.4.39.1-vici, Single Machine, Vtiger 5.4

If I did not make call-limit=1 in the Phone configuration, and the IP Phone configured to be Off Hook, the agent will receive two calls or it will be maximum one call? I am talking about the agent who belongs for more than one in-group.

It's "On-Hook" not "Off-Hook" ... there is no "Off-Hook" agent. Only "On-Hook" or "Normal".

Call limit in the phone's sip context is not related to Vicidial. Agents will only receive one call. If you want an "On-Hook Agent" that is actually a call center (ie: more than one agent) to receive more than one call, set them up as Remote Agents and change the number of lines.
