COULD NOT INSTALL VICIDIAL

Hello everybody,

This is my first time ever to install vicibox; I have been trying to install vicidial with the cd provided in the website 32bit.
I have followed every single step provided in the installation guide in the website
I was able to access to the ip address of the server
When I tried to access to the vicidial admin, it does not accept the default username and password, when I entered to phpmyadmin to see users table, I found out that ALL VICIDIAL tables are empty.
Is there any thing missing in my setup of vicibox?
Please help.

When you ran through the setup it would have asked you some questions during the configuration following the command 'vicidial-install'.

Can you provide which answers you provided the product?

Have tried a few servers from Netherlands to Turkey with the same result.
