vicibox 3.1.10 | VERSION: 2.4-309b |BUILD: 110430-1642 | 2span digium card
i am using vicibox for only incomming.
i have set the getcallLaunch to FORM in campaign.
calls are landing properly but the get call launch to form is not working.
whenever a call comes in the agent screen is ideal not redirecting to FORM tab..

change to "script" and see if that works.
change to "web form" and see if that works (be sure to put a web form URL in the field so it has somewhere predictable to go).
then try Form again and see if it behaves any differently
and be sure you actually HAVE defined a form for this LIST (in case there is more than one, it is possible the lead that arrived in this campaign is from a list that has no form available!)

i have tried the script as call launch, but no luck
also the custom fields are not updated in the list ,shows empty
finally i have deleted the current version
and used vicicidial 2.4.308a| BUILD: 110428-1108 which was in my another vicidial server.
now it is working fine with 2.3.308a
