Call count not showing in real-time report

Hi

Our "calls today" and "dropped-answered" counts do not show in the real-time report for both outbound and inbound although the agent made 65 calls:


DIAL LEVEL: 2.000 TRUNK SHORT/FILL: 0 / 0 FILTER: NONE TIME: 2011-01-28 09:48:45
DIALABLE LEADS: 91168 CALLS TODAY: 0 AVG AGENTS: 0.90 DIAL METHOD: RATIO
HOPPER ( min/auto ): 10 / 6 DROPPED / ANSWERED: 0 / 0 DL DIFF: 0.12 STATUSES: NEW
LEADS IN HOPPER: 12 DROPPED PERCENT: 0% DIFF: 13.89% ORDER: DOWN

Please help because I really don't want to re-install again

Lazy bum. LOL

How long did you wait before deciding it wasn't going to show up? that process runs "occasionally". Also there is a switch in the campaign to "force" it to run at the next opportunity. Campaign Stats Refresh.

Thanks for responding Bill. The agent has been dialing all day now and still no call counts. Campaign stats refresh has been set to Y all along. His amount of calls show in all other reports.

it's not supposed to be set to Y all day long. it should reset itself to "n" after the refresh occurs if i recall correctly.

This is generally an indication of overload or inability to complete the task.

Changed server ip without fully changing throughout the entire system?

Missing stats table entry?

Weirdness ensues.

Only one agent dialing on the server so it is not even idling :D

Missing stats table entry - Where would I look for this?

All the servers' ip addresses I've set up during the initial installation and nothing changed after that.

Weirdness ensues..... INDEED!! I must change my forum ID to WEIRDNESS! :lol:

i have this 2 tables in my database
and also i changed it the localhost to 127.0.0.1

vicidial_campaign_stats
vicidial_campaign_server_stats


still "0" value when the agents are incall
calls today:
dropped/aswered:
dropped percent:

do u have any idea to solve this bug?

you have those two tables, but do those tables have any records in them?

i had checked it but still there is no data those two tables.

most of the #'s that i can see is "0"

do i miss some configuration or settings?

Since a statistic of # of drop calls is showing on the real time monitoring, where can i extract those dropped calls so that i can gave it to agents and they can dial it manually

those records will be in the original list and will have a status of DROP or PDROP. You can generally just wait until the opportune moment and change the campaign to deal with those two statuses ONLY (in manual dial mode) and then go back to regular business OR you can create a script to move them to a special campaign OR you can "search" for them in the "Find Leads" item in the leads menu (search for DROP in that list_id) and manually change them to CALLBK with a date/time/agent specified.

Got it! Thanks! Manually search it from the list, this is what i'm looking for a VDCL triggered or disposed call.

A more convenient way is to search or preview stat from the VDCL user similar to this http://<dialer.IP>/vicidial/user_stats.php?user=VDCL so that you can specify a date range compared to search for a lead wherein all is displayed and no date on a snap shot.

I have the same issue with realtime stats all 0. I tried both localhost and 127.0.0.1... Everything else is working, but my vicidial_campaign_stats is all 0's.
