In Group: Answer then it returns to queue

Postby bghayad » Sun Jun 30, 2013 6:48 am

Hello;

vicibox 4.0.3, vicidial 2.8-404a, Build 130605-0841, asterisk 1.4.39.1-vici, Single Machine, Vtiger 5.4

I am facing a problem with GULFSIP Phones:

When the call come to the DID and sending it to the Phone, and the agent press on Answer, the call is connected and no problem.

If the DID transferred to the queue, then it will be sent to the agent, when ringing at the Phone, if the agent pressed on Answer, the call (look like answered very fast ..) and return the queue to re-send it again to the agent. But if the agent replied on the call from the handset (pickup the handset), it is going fine.

This problem is not appearing with other Phones (I tried two other phones, and it is not existed), what I can do to resolve it? I tried a lot in the Phone settings.

This is the asterisk CLI for failed calls (when pressing on answer and the call came from queue):

what kind of phone is this that you can "press on answer" or pick up the handset? usually "press on answer" is for soft phones, and picking up handset is for physical phones. since it can't be both ... what kind of phone is this?
