whats happened to the vicidialnow sites (org and com) both seem to be offline

Hello,
Our website is currently down at the moment. Its not hacked though.
We are currently fixing the problem. We got the problem when the nameservers and the ISP we used went down simultaneously.

of course where not hacked. you really think im using IIS for my servers?
Our main DS-3 for our DNS went down and the backup link didn't work as expeted.
anyway stay tuned it will be 100% functioning by friday.
