On page 104 in the Manager Manual the Admin page has a System Statuses sub-page. I do not have that on mine.

I am currently using VICIDIALNOW 1.0.1. Is this a feature in a different version?

I want to create a custom Dial Status that lets me know my campaign was answered by a human.

Any help would be appreciated.

You will need to upgrade your system. I would suggest upgrading to 2.0.4.1rc2.

Just to clarify, I should go version by version for the upgrade?

2.0.2 -> 2.0.3 then,
2.0.3 -> 2.0.4

If you are upgrading from 2.0.2 then you you do need to upgrade to 2.0.3 before upgrading to 2.0.4
