No Live call Pop Up

Hi

Goautodial 3.3
Vicidial VERSION: 2.9-441a
Asterisk 1.8.23.0-1

When we do manual calls from agent screen call is connecting to customer but no live call pop up due to that transfer button is grey out.

Please advise

I'm lost. What "live call popup" are you expecting? There's a status image that will show a live call when the call is answered, but there's no "popup" unless there's no answer, and that popup is a hangup reason, not a transfer button.

Plus: If you are using goautodial, you should always test ANY issue with the hidden (but still there, and stock) Vicidial web interface before deciding something is wrong. Note that Goautodial has been known to have bugs and the best way to find out if the problem is configuration vs goautodial is to check in the Stock vicidial interface.
