Outbound to IN-Group

Hello,

I have a problem with Press-1 Camp

after running this type of camp in goautodial don't check any agent online or not and just start autodial.
this way, after customer, press-1 no agent to handle this and calls hang up.

now I'm looking for, how can use outbound camp and after that customer go to IVR then Press-1 and going to IN-Group with Agents.

Hello Guys,

i found a solution for that.

1) Create a "IN-Group" with select all Agents and music holds
2) Create a "IVR Call Menu" and set menu to "IN-Group"
3) Create a Broadcast Camp with option "Call Menu" and set "IVR Call Menu"

now customer ring - customer pickup and say hello, AMD pass and play greeting message === OK

when customer press 1 or any key , call hangup . :(


after see error you may need to know my IVR Call Menu ID is "1011"
