IM SORRY THATS NOT A VALID EXTENSION....help please

hi everyone, im new here... i have a problem, currently im running a fresh install goautodial 3.3 and followed a few guide that i found on the web, unfortunately when i try call (manual and automatic) always i received the meesenger "IM SORRY THATS NOT A VALID EXTENSION"

im using eyebeam softphone, when i try to call directly putting the SIP config on the eyebeam everything wort perfect, my entry its:

exten => _91XXXXXXXXXX,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _91XXXXXXXXXX,2,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN:1}@goautodial,,tTo)
exten => _91XXXXXXXXXX,3,Hangup

i try to call USA number 1(xxx)xxx-xxxx

PLEASE I REALLY NEED HELP WITH THIS

Please check Dial Prefix in campaign setting. Make sure there you have 9.

Or else you can configure like below.

exten => _974.,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _974.,2,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN:3}@goautodial,,tTo)
exten => _974.,3,Hangup

Put 974 Dial Prefix in Campaign and try.

my question its, what i doing wrong/miss?

Note: when i try call directly sip (flowroute) to softphone there are no problem at all

SIP/8662161072

Provider accepting only phone number or phone number with country code? For example:- SIP/18662161072@FlowRoute,,tTo. As you can see you are dialling phone without country code.
