Channge Disposition

How can i change the disposition of a call?

Like an agent chose a disposition No Sale but the QA says that the agent selected the wrong Disposition and now want to change it to something else from "No Sale".
How to do that and what flag is to enable or what rights to be given to the user to enable this functionality on this user?

If you search for the lead in the Admin you can change information and disposition. The user needs access to the Admin and must be able to modify lists and leads and needs access to the search leads log. When you change the disposition you can choose whether or not to modify the closer log.
