Cannot transfer to TOLLFREE number

Hi

Is anyone help me ..

I have a problem I cannot connect to TOLLFREE number when i try to manualy dial on vicidial is automatically hung up dead air.
But when I try to dial a normal number like # 2068011811 its successfully connected no issues problem.

I tried also to transfer a live call to any U.S TOLLFREE number . Cannot connect but If i tried to transfer a live call to a normal U.S number is successffully connected

What is the problem on this can anyone please help me.
