Agent remain logged in after close web client and softphone

Hi all,

i have configured all in goautodial server, but sometime aome agent remain in state of pausa instead of logout or the agent is never logged in today but doesn't login in web client, and when try to login in web client print a red string report the name of agent in red color.
Seems the agent in logged in or agent is blocked, but the agent is free and not logged in!!! :cry: :cry: :cry:

Someone have similar issue?

This can sometimes occur when the database has become corrupted. You should ensure that your installation was properly done, I would advise installing from the official ViciBox iso and not scratch builds or third party builds.

To repair the database you can try the following on your database server [at your own risk]:

1. Login via SSH
-Verify the disk is not full and you have enough free space
2. Run this command: mysql -u cron -p --auto-repair --check --optimize --database asterisk
3. After that finishes run: /usr/share/astguiclient/AST_DB_optimize.pl --debug

This should fix the issue for a while, this issue is often a sign of a more prominent issue though.
