Still Having Problems With Incoming Calls

I can't seem to get it working, I already sip debugged yet it doesn't show anything unusual with my user, but when I test call from my user "8001" it shows this
specs:
Asterisk 1.8|GOAutoDial CE 3.0|Linux (CentOS) VPS|DAHDI
