Encoded the followin syntax exactly:
http://server/agc/api.php?source=test&u ... lue=LOGOUT

result:
BLANK SCREEN

but if i change the user to a nonexistent agent or a wrong password i get the usual error response. So... logout function is simply not working? or we have a bug here?

You need to upgrade vicidial to get that functionality. It did not exist in the version you are using.
