Campaign List not showing on agent login

New installation

I followed instructions as per here

leads loaded successfully, but Campaign List not showing on agent login.

i did change it to '24hours' as most related topics on the forum suggested.

24 hours is not relevant to this issue. that is for the "lead search" function of the hopper loader. has nothing to do with agent login.

actually, your agent's user/pass were entered incorrectly OR you have no active campaigns OR that agent (or user group to which they belong) has no permission to access an active campaign.

I will go with @williamconley. Your agent phone/pass and user/pass most probably are incorrect.

sir as i can see your post all is ok,but when u are not added agent group,its will not showing campaign,after add the agent group you can see the campaign,200% its my challenge.☻
