ALT Auto Dialing

I have a campaign setup and a list with 1 lead.

The lead has 2 phone numbers on it.

The primary phone dials, however it doesn't seem to dial the ALT number if no one answers.

In campaign settings I have:

Dial Status - NA on the list.
Dial Method - RATIO
Auto Dial Level - 1
Available Only Tally - Y
Auto Alt-Number Dialing - ALT_ONLY

In Campaigns - Auto-Alt Dial - <campaign>

I have the NA status on this list along with the others AA A B N NA DC.

The hopper is running every minute from cron and this seems to be working.

Is there something I'm missing setting wise? Is there a script that is running to trigger the additional dial?

What Auto-Alt-Dial statuses are active for this campaign?

We have made a few changes and bug fixes since 2.2.1, but as described it should be working. I would suggest upgrading to SVN/trunk and then posting FastAGI_log logfile output as well as vdautodial logfile output if this still doesn't work for you.

For anyone experiencing this issue I fixed the problem.

My ALT number was on the DNC list :(

mflorell: I'm still getting the hang of where everything is being logged to and your fast_log was what I needed to find out the DNC issue. Thanks!

I have problems too.

Status AM, ALM: dont call on the alternate numbers
AL(example): call in all numbers

Any sugestions?

It's quite interesting that you posted this question today because my colleague and I are going to post a very similar question soon in how to handle this issue in 2.12 SVN 2475 which is current as of 1/22/2016.

It seems there may be a deficiency that I'm unsure how to handle. Once I get that thread posted I'll loop you into the discussion.
