There is a time synchronization problem with your system

We have been using Vicidialnow, VERSION: 2.0.5-174, for predictive dialing for last one week and all of a sudden it shows the error message "There is a time synchronization problem with your system, please tell your system administrator" whenever the agent logon to webclient interface. But manual dialing works fine.
Ntpd time synchronization is working fine with "pool&ntp&org".
We also reinstalled the entire system but after one week it shows the same problem.
Plz help.

Do you have the database in a different server?
If the answer is yes, make sure that both serves have the same time.

You can use this command: ntpdate -u x.x.x.x (ip address)

No. We use only one server and use SIP account from a provider from US to route calls. ntpdate and ntpd works fine..also tried same public ntp server to synchronize time of client systems and server. Time zone has also been set for 5.5 (India).

You also need to synchronize your workstations. The date on both server and workstations should be the same.
