The Vicidial Group was founded in 2007 to provide a array of professional products and services to the rapidly growing national and international Vicidial user community.
Founding members of the Vicidial Group are Matt Florell from eflo.net, the creator of Vicidial, Frank Waller and Mike Cargile from Explido Software USA Inc. and James Pearson a local Asterisk and Linux Consultant.
Beside of writing Vicidial Matt Florell has been working as a system administrator in a large call center for several years after his graduation.
Frank Waller has been working as an independent consultant and in the Management of various Companies involved with Software Development, Hardware and Networking for over 25 Years now. In the last 2 Years Frank has spend most of his time working with Asterisk in Call Centers. Frank is our expert for hosting, networks and hardware debugging, including ISDN, PRI, T1 and alike.
Mike Cargile has been working with Asterisk in call center applications for over 2 years now. His specials include running asterisk all in RAM and high performance asterisk setups.
The Vicidial Groups office is located (conveniently) strategic between to large international airports and right between multiple fiberoptic back bone lines to provide us with reliable multi carrier internet connectivity in house

ViciDial Training
We offer a variety of training programs depending on your specific training needs.
Vicidial has a great deal of power and flexibility and therefore requires that you understand many of its settings and controls. We will walk you through the basic settings and controls in Vicidial and ensure you understand how to get Vicidial to a point where you have a functioning call center.
We also offer full, four day, in depth training courses. These courses cover Vicidial Executive training, Vicidial Manager training, and Vicidial Administration training. Graduates of the full four day training course should have no problems setting up, configuring, managing, customizing, and even debugging a full Vicidial system.
