We are a small research company looking for a new predictive dialer system. We have been periodically using a hosted dialer system which we are quite happy with but we are currently undergoing a cost/benefit evaluation of purchasing/renting our own server.

We need:

(a) IVR/broadcast abilities
(b) SIP/IAX/PSTN trunks and agent lines
(c) Predictive (6-8 or more agents) power and preview dialing.
(d) Inbound blending is preferred but not a core requirement.
(e) Reliability.
(f) Capacity for 8 - 12 concurrent agents.
