Problems with Vicidial Installation

Hello!

We have some serios problems with our vicidial installation. The first is a sometimes long delay (or never shown) on the customer data display. The second is that sometimes the agents are alone in the conference but the customer is connected. The last one is that we sometimes have a long delay in the meetme conferences (using TE212P).

I would appreciate any help and will pay for it.
