Hi, we require external assistance for an issue with lead information loading.
Call connects, can hear and speak, then it takes about a minute give or take a few seconds on each test to display data on screen.
We've monitored MTOP and can't see a locked SQL
We've tested another vicidial system and don't have the delay.
Looking for an expert to investigate and help troubleshoot asap. Thanks!

Fixed this. Was the campaign setting for url on call connect.
