Hello everyone,
I have been using vicidial for almost 4 years now and I LOVE IT.
the server that i have is very outdated and has lot of issues with it now.
I am looking for someone that can build for me a cluster set up.
Currently i am using about 25 agents and trying to expand.
Preferably for this person to be located in new york because i would like for some on site support as well.
Here is what i currently need:
2 servers clustered.
about 7 different reports,
proper dialplan set up
future support.

1) Where in NY? (Big place ... Upstate? NYC?)

2) Usually the first step is to upgrade to the latest code (bringing your data along for the ride so there's no hiccup in your operations). This may wipe all your customizations, but will likely end up with a nice clean system that may have enough new features to make your customizations unnecessary.

3) After that first step, adding new servers to the existing one is usually quite simple. I also recommend that the "upgraded" server NOT be your existing physical server. This would allow "Go Back!" in case of any complications plus Better Hardware. Eventually you get a more powerful server with the latest code ... and adding 1 or 2 more servers is "standard". And from that point forward, further expansion is also quite standard.

We handle this remotely and in person, based on need and budget. But make no mistake: We've installed servers all over the world without ever going there. All you need locally is someone who can follow directions (without trying to 'jump in and improve' anything).

try your self on an old box first you could even clone the old hdd so you can try with the coppy first

NY is a very large state and city. A more localized location may be useful.

We've had great success moving existing systems to new hardware. We also provide local support for those who can afford it, but have found that (so far) almost all issues can be resolved remotely.
