HI all, We are desperately looking for some assistance with either vicidials inbuilt CRM or front end. Or a intergration of a crm into vicidial. We have at the moment 300 users which will increase to 600 shortly.

The budget is open and can be dedicated three months at the moment. Let me know your thoughts, ideas and project costings I understand that we will need to give a more detailed scope.

We have integrated both SugarCRM and vTiger for many clients. The level of integration can be as simple as "Push each SALE to the CRM after the call ends" or as complex as creating users in both systems simultaneously from the CRM and automatically creating Campaigns/lists/phones with credentials and allowing login from the CRM. Plus, of course, synchronization of existing users in either or both directions and leads/contacts/accounts. Even custom data fields pushed between systems. All a matter of budget and NEED.

I recommend starting small and working your way up. Start with items that are already being handled by a human (to recover those man-hours immediately).

If you can write the specs, we can integrate it.

I would also highly recommend you use either SugarCRM or vTiger if possible (or another FREE open source application) and allow the integration to be published to the Vicidial Group for (hopeful!!) inclusion in the Project.
