Have a problem with the disposition's not being changed by the dialer from new. I believe our NA's and NEW are staying together.

We could have a "quick look" within a couple hours if scheduled at Emergency. But we'd have to cap the alloted time to about 30 minutes (fix or not). Obviously we cannot guarantee a fix in that timeframe as we do not know the problem yet! LOL
