VICI Operator Job Opening

Description of day to day responsibilities are below. This is an in house job, ie not a remote job. It's really an operational job, running the dialer, not an Asterisk/SIP/IT job, but those skills would be helpful. Position is in Far North Dallas.


VICI Operator

Responsible for the day to day administration of the VICI dial system to maximize Connections profitability and efficiencies. These duties include but are not limited to:

Create and manage campaigns in VICI to maximize agent utilization

Maintains the correct recorded announcement menus, and makes changes as necessary based on the time of day, day of week, or holidays.

Monitor drop rates and make adjustments to minimize drop rate while maximizing agent utilization

Keep log of call arrival times and associated sales rates

Act as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) on VICI functions and operations

Monitor agent break time adherence and report to team manager/lead if outside of guidelines. Will be responsible notifying management if break schedules need to be adjusted to meet call volume.

Utilize email blast tool to increase inbound call volume when needed

Other duties or special assignments as deemed necessary by management

Set up new campaign prior to post card send

You may want to modify the Subject of the post to include the "Far North Dallas" ... save some people some time reading. 8-)

Also consider that for a 70 person room ... that really isn't a full time job. (Just Sayin' ...)
