I have sales reps working from their home office or Virtual Office.....With Vicidial, they can get a lot inbound and outbound calls.......We would love to integrate vicidial with vtiger crm......So we need a vicidial technician on initial setup and on standby.....Initially we need to evaluate the various cost options, in order to use Vicidial.........And the cost to work with Vicidial Technician........We are not Vicidial experts, so the technicians needs to have the expertise and consultancy skills, to educated, teach and understand the sales environment.

vTiger (old version 5.1) has already been integrated with Vicidial. But everyone's idea of integration is different.

How do YOU envision the interaction between these two packages?

Many have found that the entire system for sales can run (completely) within Vicidial with no need for a CRM unless you actually have multiple sales to individual clients or after-sale callbacks requiring sometimes extensive documentation for some or all clients.

Also have a look at SugarCRM (unless you need Group/Team security). We've also upgraded the link to vTiger for 5.2 for one client (no word on how well it works, but since it's been a few months, that's probably a good thing ... :) )
