Weird. I watch for "williamconley" and unanswered ... and missed that entirely.

You may be a member of a small IP address group that has been permanently banned from our entire system. We share a list among our systems and our client's systems of "hack/DOS/etc" attempts and lock out IP address ranges (permanently) when "bad things" happen.
If you still can't get in after a few days, send me your IP via email and i'll look at unlocking you.

I can get to your site now. I highly doubt you were blocking ATT North Dallas IP addresses. It was probably something here locally. I will give you a shout tomorrow morning.

I just checked your IP addresses and the one that begins with 65 is within a group that is blocked. North Dallas you say? Interesting.
Let me know if it becomes an issue and I'll look at adjusting the range. It only blocks from certain systems (the ones that have DOS vulnerability, that could cause some sort of disruption if attacked).
