as long as you can explain why you would pay for the microsoft CRM (just love licensing fees?) instead of SugarCRM (or vTiger if you roll that way).

We can work with all but usually the Microsoft CRM is reserved for those with Dialers running on Windows (and Dialogic Boards with Microsoft SQL) and deep pockets.

Can you explain how you would envision the "integration"?

That can encompass things from simply pushing all sales into the CRM for further contact ... to pushing leads and prospects back and forth all day based on when you intend to try to contact them again and even inserting outbound email attempts at contact and scheduling telephone conferences with multiple contacts at business clients.

All things are possible, what do YOU have in mind?

:)

As long as it has an API or what not or maybe a dbase connector then it might not be a problem.

The setup of vicidial for 150 seats is not a problem, the integration with a microsoft crm is.

But as they said, It is made by humans so we can probably take a crack at it. Just as long as you pay for it though! :)

Or contact VICIDIAL group. They have all sorts of experience dealing with legacy systems.

API? are you kidding? This is Microsoft CRM, VB is a given, SQL storage ... not going to be any more difficult to play with than any other CRM, just expensive as heck for the owner (and it WILL enforce licensing with a vengeance! LOL). API would just be icing on the cake. :)
