voicemail options

Hi.
When setting up a voicemail and searching the need fot not to listen to the unavailable message, i use in the voicemail options with "s"
(refer: https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/ ... _VoiceMail). However, the unavailable message continues even with this statement.

I would like to ask if I am doing it correctly or if it is a mistake.
