Hello Team,

I want to know about agent status button configuration which showing in right side.
Can you please send me steps for it?
Do we disable this button?

Please please how can I route incoming call to a Pstn direct eg I want to route incoming calls to 23480xxxxxxxxx.

please start a new thread about this since its a different topic and not related, but to answer your question, you point the DID you are taking incoming calls to, to use EXTEN and then enter your dial prefix for your carrier and the number you want to send it to

Am i understanding that you want to disable the agent status in the agent screen? you can do so in the user group settings on this area:
