Customer Notification

Hello guys,

anybody can help how can play a message like this for a customer when connecting to an agent.

for example, you are now connected to agent number 2002 or like this ... :)

I can't find any option in INGROUP to play a message for a customer before connecting to a ready agent.

Welcome Message Filename in your InGroup settings.

Thanks for the reply,

but I think you don't understand my question,

my mean when call going to an agent not call comes into an ingroup

for example when a call comes to an ingroup
first, play welcome message then customer listens to music on hold and number in the queue and wait time until connected to an agent and after all, calls go to an agent.

I need play when the call connected to an agent and say to the customer your call connected to an agent ( agent number ) this message the part of last message play to a customer when leaving ingroup and connected to an agent ...

I hope this time you understand my mean . . .

sorry but I'm not a native English and I know my English like a su... :D

Hello,

This is possible but not by the Victim. You will have to change your dialplan.
