Currently when you pull the Export Calls Report or Export Leads Report, then open in excel the system uses "," as the separator, which can be a major problem if the agent added a "," in any field when enter customer details.

It will treat that added "," like a separate which affects the layout of the data, columns are shift, base on the amount of "," the agent had....

However, If VICI was to use "|" then its rear that an agent would use this character when entering data which makes it safer.

Is is possible to change from "," to "|"......?
If yes what would the cost be?

We would add an option to choose your delimiter for 2 hours for each report. The problem is that several companies have their leads and agents use the pipe "|" within their comments fields, so just switching would end up hurting those companies. A selectable delimiter would be the best option.

Even better, Can i get this on the Bounty discussion as well?
