Agent are automatically being paused

we are running 5 agents and for some reason they are automatically being put on pause.... on their screen it show that they are resumed and active but when you look at the managers screen it show they are paused.

Could a sip channel deadlock cause this?

We have done a lot to fix this in SVN trunk, but it would require an upgrade.
