Multiple Calls to the same agent

I'm having the following problem with vicidial:
Sometimes an agent is receiving more than 1 call at once so, the leads can speak one with each other... and with the agent.

I disabled all the options related to conferences in the phones, campaigns and users, but it still happening.

My current Vicidial version is 2.0.4 (bundled in vicidialnow).

We have seen this happen rarely on larger systems and have done a lot to fix this in SVN trunk through some major architecture changes.

Hello Matt, thanks for your soon answer. I have just five agents currently. Then, what could be happening?

Besides, some times the agent is listening the dialing while is talking with a lead.

What is the peak loadavg on your server when this happens?
