Working, but not

Postby CrossWired » Thu Nov 13, 2008 2:07 pm

To start, I have the manual and read it, but am lost, so here's the issue

I have Vicidial setup, and i can login and manual dial and all that jazz, but when I turn on the campaign, nothing ever gets sent to the agents. We show tons of No Answer Auto-Dial.

---------- CALL STATUS STATS
+--------+----------------------+------------+
| STATUS | DESCRIPTION | CALLS |
+--------+----------------------+------------+
| B | Busy | 15 |
| N | No Answer | 6 |
| NA | No Answer AutoDial | 1199 |
+--------+----------------------+------------+
| TOTAL: | 1220 |
+-------------------------------+------------+

I have exten 8330 as the VDAD, but I think my dialplan may be screwed can I get some opinions?

Basically we are dialing, playing a message, which they can press 1 to talk to an agent to get more info, or 2 to be disconnected, it plays the mesage again incase they missed it, and then if no response jsut hangs up on them.

[FHA]
exten =>8330,1,WaitForSilence(1000,2)
exten =>8330,2,Playback(FHA)
exten =>8330,3,DigitTimeout,5
exten =>8330,4,ResponseTimeout,10
exten =>8330,5,Playback(FHA)
exten =>8330,3,AGI(VD_amd_post.agi,${EXTEN})
exten =>8330,4,AGI(agi_VDAD_LB_transfer.agi,${EXTEN})

exten=>1,1,AGI(agi_VDAD_LB_transfer.agi,${EXTEN})
exten=>1,2,Hangup

exten =>2,1,AGI(vd_amd_post.agi,${EXTEN})
exten=>2,2,Hangup

exten =>t,1,Hangup
