call Duration

Hi all,


We have a problem with call duration of the agents.The call duration of the agents are running whenever the call are disposed by agents.

But we want, the call duration is automatically end when the custom is disconnet the call.

so we can get the exact call duration of the agents.

The Vicidial Php version is "2.0.4-142"

And Build is "71129-2025".

Is this for manual dial, auto dial, inbound or blended?

its for predective dialing and preview dialing simultaniously.

This is not really possible with manual dialing because you are not guaranteed a connect with every call, but with auto-dialing it should be possible to alter the code of vicidial.php to have the agent go to the disposition screen upon customer hangup. This is not the current behavour for several reasons, including allowing redial if the agent is in preview dialing mode.
