Working extensions.conf

Postby bcddd214 » Sun Sep 28, 2008 12:00 pm

Does anyone have a working extensions.conf file they can post that has zero pri requirements?

The example from the "from scratch" guide is a nightmare "to say the least".

I have downloaded and reinstalled to the point that vicidial and astgui is becoming a true nemissis whaen all I need is a functioning extensions.conf to finally see if this program actually works and tinker with it for proof of concept.

I have zero pri, everything is SIP only and hoping to delete my entire extensions.conf and open a new extensions.conf and paste a working config then reload asterisk without error.

Is this possible or a fantasy?

I have no problem renaming my test sip clients to the extension numbers of the sample!

I'm not quite sure why you keep reposting the same story on these forums.

If you install the 2.0.4.1rc4 release you will be able to run VICIDIAL with the performance testing leads without any requirement for using PRIs.

Also, I would recommend that you take a look at the BASE_INSTALL document since you seem to despise the SCRATCH_INSTALL doc so much.
