If you had actually searched this for "9727NXXXXXX" you would have seen that you put it in here twice.

What version of astguiclient are you running?

Where exactly did this extensions.conf come from?

I see that,
But,
This is the same config from the astguiclient scratch install.

Can someone explain to me which part of the scratch install I am supposed to use and which part I am not?

Surely there is a sample config that I can just cut and past in full and see this sofware work without disecting it to death trying to figure out what asterisk wants and what I should leave out!

When you installed vicidial using the install.pl script did you select to install the sample conf files?

And you still have not told me what version of astguiclient you downloaded and installed.

yes

Postby bcddd214 » Sun Sep 28, 2008 1:40 am

VERSION: 2.0.4-119 BUILD: 71125-1751

Yes, I believe I did install the sample script, but it has pretty much been removed from extensions.conf at this point.

Just hoping I can get a cut asnd paste from a working vicidial and delete exerything that is in my extensions.conf.

I would recommend installing 2.0.4.1rc4 instead.

With that release you can dial performance testing leads within your own system with no configuration changes necessary(if using the default VICIDIAL conf files).
