I have some quick questions.

Does vicidial support Asterisk 1.4? To what version did you test against?
Did you use the asterisk perl library .08 or .10?

Also, Do you remember my case with Asterisk 1.4.17?
No AGI out .. only FASTagi out? Any idea as to why that happened?

Yes, VICIDIAL has supported Asterisk 1.4 for some time, but Asterisk 1.4 only recently became stable enough to recommend using it. you should not use any version lower than 1.4.18.

As for Asterisk-perl, use the 0.08 version, the newer versions have bugs in them.

I have a feeling that by using ubuntu's asterisk-perl library which is 0.10 was the problem.

Is it possible to transfer the customer/lead information when I do a transfer?

Say I'm at a station, 200.. and My manager is at 101 .. I want to transfer the data on my screen .. say Mr Simpson.. When I xfer to my manager .. can I have that information xfer with the call?

Yes, just use Local transfer and an inbound group.
