Predictive issue

Ive got this weird problem with predictive dialing. All the agents that are logged in doesnt seem to receive any calls. I try to use different voip provider but still the same.

When i siwtched to manual and everything seems ok.

Whats the first step to isolate the problem?

Im using astguiclient 2.0.4.1rc2, asterisk 1.2.27 and centos5.2

Post some Asterisk CLI output as well as some agiout logfile output of the transfer AGI script.

Check for the 'o' flag in your Dial command.

Try putting the sip-silence in before the call_log in 8365.
