hello im having problem making tpvs

when the tpv says use the * for repeat opcions ..
it hangs up the call

what can i do?

i have the D on features.conf

I'm not sure I know what your problem is. Could you explain in more detail?

im doing a phone call from my vicidial to an ivr (tpv) and when im listening the ivr the ivr say ''press 1 to transfer to the customer service, press 0 for operator, or press * to repeat the opcions....


whell then.... when i dial the * my asterisk hangup

what can i do for * works fine without hangs up the call :D

What version of Asterisk?

Do you have the "F" flag in all of your meetme calls in extensions.conf?

yes i have the F flag on the meetme conferences on extensions.conf

and i have the D on features.conf

Do you have the dtmf passthru patch applied before you compiled Asterisk?

Is there any output in Asterisk CLI when the hangup happens?
